CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations after 24 hours before scheduled appointment will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

Any No Show without prior contact will result in a scheduled service fee of 50% that will be charged to the card on file. That fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled there are no exceptions to this policy.


LATENESS

You are responsible for arriving to your appointments on time. We will not extend your appointment time if you are late. Doing so takes away from other clients who arrive on time. You will also still be responsible for paying the full service for the time you have scheduled. After 15 minutes  your appointment will be canceled and need rescheduled.

​Please take traffic, weather and other unforeseen circumstances into consideration when scheduling appointments.

​If you arrive late to your appointment you are ineligible for any complimentary touchups if any issues are presented. You may also be asked to schedule your following refill earlier than normal to maintain proper lash maintenance. 

​Due to covid-19 no guests allowed  including small children.


RESCHEDULES/CHANGES

All reschedules and appointment changes must take place over 24 hours from scheduled appointment.

​Reschedules within 24 hours will result in $20 rescheduling/cancelation fee that must be paid at the time of the reschedule. 


REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable. You are paying for our time and products, both things that cannot be returned. 

​YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER (under 18 must have parent/guardian consent)

 Please notify me of any issues or if you are unhappy for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.. We will make it right and offer a complimentary touch up that must be scheduled within 4 days of scheduled appointment. 

​We are not responsible for issues due to improper aftercare. Refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction. However, we will remove your extensions free of charge.
